Addam learned the trade where it is hardest to fake: on the floor. Retail leadership at Debenhams taught him how a room actually runs. Premium car sales at BMW, with Sytner Birmingham, taught him pace, discretion, and how to look after people spending serious money.

As Head of Sales at Baldan Group he led aesthetic technology across the Midlands, generating more than a million pounds and finishing first in his division. He was Head of Key Accounts for Sweden & Martina, responsible for clinics, groups, and a portfolio above £1.2 million. He does not hold that role now.

In 2026 he founded BioWaste Solutions Group and became its chief executive. The company collects clinical and medical waste for dental practices, aesthetic clinics, GP surgeries, vets, and other healthcare providers. Alongside it he takes trading sessions and business consultations. The standard is the one he sold with: arrive, stay compliant, and make the client’s day simpler.

The goal isn't to be better than anyone else. The goal is to be better than you were yesterday.
